We do our best to ship in stock orders within 3-5 days.

Some items are shipped directly from the designer, therefore, you may get your items in multiple shipments delivered by different carriers.  These carriers include: DHL, USPS, UPS, and Fed Ex.  If you have any questions regarding shipping rates/methods, please contact us.

The average shipping time is 2-5 days, unless item is custom made.  Please read descriptions carefully to determine if you have ordered a custom made item.  For custom made items, shipping tim is approximately 2 - 4 weeks.

Express Shipping is available for an additional charge on many of the items on our site.  If express shipping is needed, please email for availability and a price quote prior to placing the order.

Shipping and handling rates are as follows:
      $0 - $25 = $5.95
      $25.01 - $50 = $8.95
      $50.01 - $88 = $11.95
      $88.01 - $125 = $13.95
      Free Shipping on all Items above $125 (does not include furniture)

*Shipping cost is based on ground shipping in the 48 continental states and excludes any additional delivery charges as noted in the product description area.  All furniture is shipped FOB (freigh-on-board).  FOB is calculated after order is received.  We will invoice you for additional freight charges.  Freight charges are due within 2 days or order will be cancelled.

Special order, custom made and furniture items are not refundable unless there is a defect.    Birthday shirts are not refundable.

At this time we ship within the U.S. only and we do not ship internationally.

If a product is backordered or will be longer than 5 business days to ship out, an email will be sent to you prior to processing the order to verify that you wish to proceed.
